How It Works
Step 01
Discovery Call
We start with a focused 30-minute call to
understand your business, team structure, and the role you need to fill. This
is a conversation - not a form.
Step 02
Role Brief & Alignment
Call
You send us your job specification, and we
schedule a follow-up call to refine it together. We dig deeper into what truly
matters - beyond the job description - to ensure we’re aligned on skills,
priorities, and fit.
Step 03
Talent Search &
Sourcing
We search our curated network of pre-vetted
South African professionals and proactively source additional candidates where
needed. We only consider individuals who meet your core criteria.
Step 04
Founder-Led Interviews
Every shortlisted candidate is personally
interviewed by Roxanne or Anthony. We assess communication, professionalism,
and genuine alignment with your business before moving anyone forward.
Step 05
Curated Shortlist
You receive a shortlist of 5–6 candidates. Each
profile includes their CV, a recorded and transcribed second-round interview,
salary expectations, and notice period.
Step 06
Shortlist Review Call
After reviewing candidates, we meet to discuss
your feedback and narrow the shortlist to 2–3 final candidates. We guide the
conversation, offer our input, and help you identify the strongest fit.
Step 07
Final Interviews
You meet your selected candidates via video
call. We coordinate scheduling, provide guidance, and support you through the
final decision-making process.
Step 08
Offer, Contracts &
Onboarding
Once you've chosen your candidate, we handle
contracts, set up the employment structure, and support onboarding. You pay a
simple monthly fee - no placement fees, no upfront cost.
Step 09
Post-Hire HR &
Performance Reviews
Our support doesn’t stop once your hire starts.
We provide ongoing HR guidance and structured performance check-ins to ensure
your new team member integrates smoothly and delivers long-term value.
